breakfast as suji halwa upma dosa idly uthapam cornflakes chocos..
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed roti
start vitamin supplements as zincovit
