Hi , sir or madam. my baby 19 months old she is suffering for high fever 102, this fever only head hot and hands legs cool. why this like situation plz help me

A. if the child is suffering from high grade fever you can give syrup meftal P to the child and also punching can be done and also you can repeat the medicine after 6 hours again
