Hi sir my wife is now 13th week pregnancy she got some 12×8mm blood clot can you please help me out how to deal with this issue

A. the blood clot needs to be examined properly whether the size is growing or not and accordingly the treatment should be taken so it would be better to go for investigations needful with consultation of your doctor and have regular follow up
