hi sir my son is suffer from fever.from 3 days.i have used paracetamol 120 syrup 5ml dosage.. still not controlled can u suggest any other medicine

For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
Also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesxic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation.
After giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving.
Armpit txemperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
