Hi Sir, My son(4months old) has something like pimples since a week long. I observed that they increase day by day. please assist what could be the reason and any treatment for it. Thanks in advance.

A. due to winters skin redness happens and because of this Rash comes after every bath you should apply a lot of moisturizer and while going to bed you should apply coconut oil or Boroline you can use it in day time also
