#asktheexperts hi i have observed small pimples like on my son's body. they are very tiny.. i want to know the cause.. and are they harmful..?

it happens because of many reasons like baby acne , eczema , allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics , heat or sweating or Infection too.
so if a child feel discomfort , please visit your pediatrician.
at home , please avoid using any cosmetics.
prefer Cotton clothes for your child.
