When babies are totally on mother‘s milk then mother’s milk get digested very easily so you have to repeat the feeding in very less time gap. In this and in starting few months babies pass is sto many times in a day so you should not worry about it at all. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months
