Q.

.hi sir my daughter is 2years old she is now 8.5kg low weight... what can I do for her... still she is eating grinding foods...

A. dear mum, do not give grinded foods. give foods the way you prepare at home.the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
