Hello mom try to change the form of foods given to the child , introduce her or make her feel foods like engage her in buying and sorting foods , etc make meal time fun and entertaining for her - read age appropriate books - you can now give her regular foods that you make at home for the family , also nutritious and filling enough such as Fruit milk shakes , dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes, eggs etc , stuff paranthas, panner , etc

Try incorporating these into your child's meals or snacks. Check with your child's doctor for zinc supplements as well.
