A. hi it might be baby acne , allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics,heat or sweating or infection. so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room avoid using any cosmetics. keep that area clean. apply thin layer of coconut oil or Himalaya baby soothing Calamine lotion on it. maintain good hygiene
