My baby is 25 days old she has pimples all over cheeks and forehead and a bit started on neck. What should I do?

A. Is there pimples then you can see that they are thick and have something inside them then maybe it is due to chickenpox small box or it can be hand foot and mouth disease so you should get it check with your doctor this way I cannot give you a clarity to what the situation be
