Hi Sir My Daughter 1 year 3 months not Gaining weight from last Three months What precautions we need to take and also which soaps will need to be use for her skin..

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. use any mild soap include energy dense foods like banana, dryfruits , sheera add ghee , one spoon a day in total. have good physical activity. avoid screen time. also check for anemia, worms , vitamin deficiency if no improvement.

Give your child a well balanced healthy diet that includes green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day so that the best of nutrition comes from the solid foods. Good luck and take care.
