Give your child a well balanced healthy diet that includes green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day so that the best of nutrition comes from the solid foods. Good luck and take care.
