Hi sir/mam mera Bachha pani b jayda pita hai sare fruits b khata hai dal rice b khata hai fir bhi use kabjiyat ka problem kyu rehta hai

A. hi include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot cucumber , beetroot, papaya, apple, peach banana, prunes whole fruit is better than fruit juice soaked dry fruits, nuts l give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread
