hi sir/madam, my baby girl is 9 months old and now expecting again baby in next 6 months now am in 9weeks 3days , this situation which type of precautions and diet need to fallow to balance healths for three of us,please advise.

You Should eat everything healthy that you have eaten during your first pregnancy and also if you are continuously breastfeeding the previous child and you should stop breastfeeding the child that is how your body is going to gain proper strength and nutrients in supplements for the coming child so you just have to quit breastfeeding
