Hi sir, Good morning. My baby is 3 months 10 days old. He has not slept last whole night. He is vomiting again and again after feeding. He is active. He had cold 3 days before. Only nasal drops I had given. Is there any problem

A. Am giving him himalaya bonnisan liquid everyday. Having no belly pain. He is active.

A. itnis gas. Gas and stomach pain is very common in babies till 1 year of age . Proper burp after the feed will help in this and gastica drop 2 to 3 times and meftal spas drop if pain is there may be used.
