There A lot of women who go for elective C-section also depending upon the choice C section is quicker for them they just take a injection in the back and the doctor just cut open zoo and take the baby out so it is not painful for that matter but yes in the longer run C-section stitches take a lot of time to heal about 6 to 9 months to heal completely after that only you can go ahead with any kind of exercise there is a much more rest and much more restriction in terms of food with C-section and the stitches take a lot of time to hear vaginal delivery it is really heal quicker the delivery is faster there’s not too much of rest also involved so on and all I would say natural birth is definitely a better option to go for Specially if you’ve to choose between the two like C-section or normal I would always say normal
