any form of sugar is same as regular sugar in terms of calories, so you can try giving jaggery sugar in the similar amounts as regular sugar
but prefer less sugar in daily diet

There Is no fixed quantity that you can give to the child you should only use the quantity as much as it is required in any kind of food that you are adding it into most of the times I do not recommend to give too much of sugar to the child so just use moderate amount in only the food articles that you need to add it into and also it is just a small tip I would like to give you do not add any sugar to the milk try to give plane regular milk to the child as that would be healthier
