Q.

Hi Need an expert advise plz my niece is 11 months old and she is having fever for more than a week but it is in on and off pattern..just the fever no cold no cough no rash in body...doc gave antibiotic and paracetomol..what could be the reason for this on and off fever and the temp is 100 and below whenever she is having fever..what is the reason

A. It can be due to seasonal change so keep monitoring the temperature of the baby and be give more liquids to the child and give fruits and light and easily digestible foods

A. Hi mom Fever can be viral, or bacterial fever. Sometimes it can be due to teething also. Continue with the medicine as prescribed by the doctor. It will be fine. Take care
