A. hi please follow your treating doctor's advice. take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping. it will help to reduce the pain maintain good hygiene.
