Hi.. My twins are almost 4 years old.They are pretty much hyper active.Kindly suggest ways wherein I can engage them in activity for at least half an hour. Thanks and Regards, Sugandha A.

Give them drawing books to colour, give toys games puzzles to engage them.
Take them to park in the evening where they can play, park is the best place for hyper active kids to release their energy.
