Q.

Hi , my toddler hasn't started speaking clearly yet he bables follows commands understands shapes colors animals alphabets,recognizes mother father his peers only speech is not clear what can be done in this case.Have shown to my local pediatrician he has asked to wait till 3 years of speech doesn't improve we will go for therapy. any suggestions plz

A. speech issue. it shall require a comprehensive examination and also a detailed evaluation of this concern so to make sure if it shall need any treatment or else it s ok for now .
