Hi, my son is not talking yet, he is not following instructions also, Dr has asked me to check with sethu for children, what is this all about? we don't know anything

I don’t know what does this mean but I can tell you that I have had the same experience with my child where in she never used to respond to her name was not following any instructions was not making any eye contact so I consulted a child psychologist and I got to know that my child is behind the age suddenly all these things started happening with her and it was very close to the autism but she’s not autistic we started with therapy suggested by Dr and homoeopathic treatment along with that so as of now you should consult a child psychologist first you will get a clarity after that only
