Q.
My 3 year old son is not listening to others while they talking. But he is following my instructions and have eye contact with me. Speak what he wants but not a continuous conversation. Is there anything to worry about?

A proper assessment is required here so regarding this it is more favourable to contact your local doctor and accordingly he wifhull guide in a proper manner. NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello try giving your child more opportunity to speak which usually should not be a problem but if you have any concern you may check with your doctor if speech therapy is needed for the child which will help improve the speech since the child is 3 years which would be better and safe
