#AskTheExper hi my son is 2.10 years. he is not following instructions and does not communicate with anyone except parents. I am doing his ot and speech therapy where his eyes contact is improved n he is responded with his name but he does not want to play with other children also.. always wants to be with us only.. what I can do so that he will follow my instructions
