#AsAnnaya is 3 years old what should we do as parents to make her speak mother tongue as she only speaks poems abcd 1-10 but doesn't communicate with us.

A. in this query it is very difficult to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical evaluation. proper treatment suggestions woluld be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment.
