A. Hi his fever is gone now and he is so so tired and not at all active and having cough can u suggest is anything wrong with him or otherwise he is tired because of the medicines..I have given paracetamol 250 now stopped that and for cough am giving dotcoff

A. definitely you can wipee the child as well as you can give a bath
For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
Also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation.
After giving fecver medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere
