hi my son is getting fever repetitive since he is going school. he got fever three times in last 45 days. all blood test are normal. please advise for his immunity.

A. Due to low immunity he might having frequent fever episodes. give him immunity booster food. do continue giving syp Xincovit 5 ml 2 times a day fir 2 to 3 month.
