hi my son is about to complete 3 yrs in a week. he is weighing 11 kg and his height is 93cm. he looks lean. feeding him is big task. what might be reason for underweight?

consult doctor for nutritional deficiencies which can affect appetite and food intake
deworming twice a year
give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal
good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans
powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer
include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
