Q.
hi.my son is 8 months old .he is passing hard stool/ constipated these days as I started solids to him, I m giving him fruits and vegetables purees everyday .he is on formula milk as well breastmilk .He don't take much water I m trying hard to give him water so that dhydration doesn't caused. kindly suggest what else can be given to him for better diagestion.

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
