hi my son is 8.5 months and has been tested lactos intolerant. can some lone please suggest some food recipes that I can offer him.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom lactose is bascially found in animal milk and hence all milk and milk based products need to be avoided , you may instead prefer plant source milk such soya milk , almond milk etc

as child is having lactose intolerance ,you have to avoid giving dairy products to your baby
give non dairy products like green veggies , fresh fruits,fox Millet ,rava kheer , dal rice etc
