Hi, my son is 6 months 12 days old baby for the past 3 months I have irregular period and I gained a lot of weight I have lots of pain in my knees can not sit and get up easily I have an epileptic problem

It's normal
But you can become pregnant anytime
So use proper contraception
Massage your knees
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Do some stretching exercises
Take adequate rest
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Diet control is more important
Choose healthy foods
