Hi. my son is 4.5 years. in summer we give tender coconut water. but as soon as rain started we stopped it. but after that he force for the same so we give ORS tetra pack as optional. but now he wants it 2/3 times in a week. is it safe to give. he had Allergic rhinitis so now we little bit worried about the food. what to do?
