Q.

Hi My son is 3 years old and just started going to school. School stars in morning 7.30. Whatever e are trying to feed him in the morning he is puking. All this time he was not waking up before 8.30. And he has to wake up at 7. Anyone has any ideas on this. thanks

A. Hello dear parent! Try as much to avoid giving milk and heavy foods before sending to school so early. Gradually make a habit of waking your baby up much before school time. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care.
