A. Hello, your baby boy is 3.3 years old and he is clever but can not speak fluently so mostly he has a central problem at Broca’s area at the spot where the speech centre is placed

A. it is advisable that you should meet your doctor for growth assessment milestones assessment as well as developmental assessment DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not

A. hello actually it is quite natural boys will speak a little late compared to girl child but if a baby is not a tall speaking then it is the matter of concern but once just tried to you also consult a good speech therapist once and recite the rhymes again and again once they start going school they will learn
