Q.

He is 3.5 old boy ..Speech delay is symptoms of autism ?… My kid speaks 3-4 words but not speaking in sentences.. He knows everything what I speak with him.. He uses his hands for his conversation.. He also going to school .. knowing alphabets numbers rhymes.. Should I consider speech therapy ?? Please suggest

A. Okay so here I would like to tell you that these days it has become very common with people for people to associate everything with autism if the child is not speaking while it is not doing it but actually doesn’t happen like that it’s a vast word if you want to know more about it you can Read about it in detail it has different different meanings and it is a very very vast topic to cover in your child’s case the problem is the child is not framing sentence but the child is talking there is no speech delay it is just that now it’s your duty as a parent to reach your child to connect to words to frame a sentence suppose like you can teach your child what is your name instead instead of saying a particular particular name that the child has a child learn to say my name is thisdo exercise with your child and your child is not having autism your child is going to school and ruining alphabets and all that means it’s only a matter of understanding of connecting to words to make a sentence so do regularly write down those things make your child practice sentence slowly the child is going to learn
