The toddler now should be used to regular family foods.
Were in you may give them eggs , if preffered, panner, add ghee to his meals, fresh fruit milk shakes can be given as well.stuff paranthas such as made with potatoes, sweet potatoes, panner , dal paranthas etc.
legumes such as lobia, chana, rajma,
sattu, besan chilla etc , millets , dry fruits , nuts and seeds.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. See you should give proper food to the child and increasing the diet only is going to happen if your child is physically active so try to increase your physical activities activities of the child and probably which is what is going to be beneficial
