try to include a healthy and balanced diet with homecooked foods.
include boiled potato, paneer, milk, milk shakes, banana, chikko, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, pulses and sprouts, nuts and dried fruits, roti, paratha, rice, egg, chicken if non vegetarian, etc and use ghee in her meal preparations.
feed on regular intervals after every 2 hours interval, regularize her meal timings.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
