my daughter is 2 years old how TO increase weight diet plan please suggest me

A. Dear parent, for your 2 years old daughter, give 5 to 6 meals a day and up to one katori every time. The meals should be wholesome, balanced having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables. Pulses, legumes, grains, cereal, Eggs and non veg foods Dry fruits and nuts. Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
