At 14 months, some babies may have only 4 teeth while other may have more. Every baby develops at their own pace , especially when it comes to teething.
As long as your baby is healthy, eating well and active, there’s usually nothing to worry about.

So as the baby has started teething ,no worries but give calcium rich foods for bone strength and teething.
Cerelac,kichdi,porridge,ragi,jowar,nuts and seeds powder ,makhana,sesame ,fruits and vegetables in regular meals.

The other teeth will come over the period the entire set should be visible by the time of three years so if you look at it there is no problem as of now your child is very small you still are left with 16 more months to complete the age of three till the time if you do not see 20 teeth coming then consulted Dentist
