Hi my sisters son is 19 months old.. still he is not walking properly Nd he is not talking even single word.. he is hearing our voice and smiles, laughs for everything but he is not talking. May I no the reason?

Speech can happen sometime by date of two years to 2 1/2 years it is not a problem till the time your child is understanding in responding well to every thing but yes if the child is not working up till now it’s a good time for you to have an evaluation with your doctor
