hi,my sister is 22 years old,at the time of periods she is getting vomiting and she is not able to eat and sit for the first day only,is there any sloution for this

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. during the period time there will be period cramps headache, nausea,.. this is normal because of hormone levels change.. you can take some vitamin supplements consulting the doctor.. keep your self well hydrated.. take lemonade butter milk, curd..
