Q.

#AskTheExpert hi ma'am, I am 35 years old and since last almost an year, I am getting periods every 21/22 days. though the flow and everything else is normal, it's quite annoying because of the frequency of the periods. kindly advise if it can be delayed naturally and how.

A. hello it requires a proper medical attention and it will be better to once check with your gynecologist and your doctor will be able to guide you but on examination of the same as this can be due to the harmonal imbalance also which may require further examination
