Hi.. my periods are regular..i dont have pcos too... 2 months i missed period( may and june).. but my pregnancy test kit shows negative.

Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as well
