hi my little one is 18 months old he is very sensitive to sounds like mixer, car or bike horns even closing doors ,he will close his ears even before the doors are closed etc, his growing up didn't involve him going out due to covid situation, and we live in extremely calm environment, he got exposed to the traffic all of a sudden, hez slowly getting used to the sounds. will he get better or should I be concerned
