#asktheexperts My son is now 22 months old. He is afraid of loud noises and sometimes frightened by sounds like car horns, pressure‑cooker whistles, or musical toys even he is not playing with these toys(musical) Is this normal behaviour? How should we, as parents, respond?

A. Hai good evening !! Yes reacting to sounds loud noises,sudden sounds like storms,cooker whistles, horns is normal at this age . Some might feel anxious due to sudden sounds ,so be with baby ,console and make baby normal by diverting.
