Hi my little kid is 3 years old shall I add boost or horlicks like products to the milk to feed him , please suggest me

they are high in sugar and may have added flavour, do not inculcate healthy eating habits
a balanced, homemade diet having variety of food group is adequate to support optimum health and nutrition
