Q.

Hi my lil one is 23 months old he is very active baby,understands all commands through gestures is able to tell various body parts like head, eyes, nose, stomach , but he only says mumma papa, baa baa aa aa. Plz sugeest is this ok or i need to consult the pediatrician!

A. my baby is 22 months old.he is having sever cough suggest me something

A. my daughter is also 23month old ...she understand everything..whatever command we gave...but can't speak more...only 10 words like papa mamma dada Nana mama baba she knows each body parts super intelligent

A. Speech of child Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to cohjonsult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .
