hi, my kid is getting red bumps on skin, they are going on their own for few days, and because of cold weather his skin also dried, i am applying coconut oil daily once, do these red rashes bumps because of dry skin or anything to worry, and please suggest any baby soap

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can use teddy bar soap and also continue applying coconut oil on rashes avoid itching or scratching the skin abd if excessive itching then Himalaya baby calamine lotion can be applied on skin
