Hi, My kid is 3 months old, water is coming out of her left eye. Is this is something to worry?

A. hello dear good evening you can check for the tear duct if it is not yet open this will continue need not to worry it will be corrected soon just wipe it with clean cotton cloth and if the eyes are red then there might be some infection
