Hi, my girl baby is of 1Y 3M old. today i have observed her tongue has blackish patch. immediately i took olive oil in a soft cloth and tried cleaning tongue. From 2 days im using her Tonoferron drops, actually i used it for 1 year n stopped using. Now from 2 days started giving Iron drops. Now my concern is what might be that black patch on tongue. My baby is not feeling any discomfort, Please suggest me remedies..

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It is due to iron supplement only so after giving drops you can give few sis of water to the vaby abd at night clean the tongue with soft finger brush
